Margeaux is a dedicated and driven agricultural professional with a vision to create a more valued and resilient future for New Zealand’s farmers and rural communities. Born into a farming family in Cheviot, Margeaux has deep roots in the industry. This strong farming background has shaped her understanding of farm systems and the challenges faced by New Zealand’s rural sector.

After earning a Bachelor of Agriculture from Lincoln University, Margeaux gained hands-on experience across sheep, beef, and dairy operations. An internship with Headwaters further developed expertise in NZFAP Plus accreditation, strengthening an understanding of farm assurance and sustainability standards.

With a solid foundation in farm systems and compliance, Margeaux now works helping farmers navigate the complexities of evolving environmental regulations. Specialising in NZFAP Plus and farm systems, she is committed to ensuring farmers are well-equipped to meet industry standards while maintaining productive and sustainable businesses. Currently, she is working with farmers across New Zealand, providing practical solutions that support long-term resilience in the agricultural sector.
